It's a beautiful machine!
My wife bought the B225 as a birthday gift and it is the best ever. I'm still learning to scan with it. It's not that easy for me.

Worst Printer Installation in 25 Years
In 25 years working with computers, I've never experienced so many problems with trying to install a printer.
Firstly, I must point out the display panel. It is very poor quality, wrongly positioned and feels no better than a school calculator. The menu system is truly poor and extremely basic, and makes finding the information you want hard. Not intuitive in any wa...

It's a beautiful machine!
My wife bought the B225 as a birthday gift and it is the best ever. I'm still learning to scan with it. It's not that easy for me.

Brilliant printer and scanner!
I've had the printer for 4 months now. I had a few issues when I upgraded to windows11, and had to reinstall the printer. The Xerox support team helped me out. Thanks Xerox! Great all round printer. Good quality prints and scans. Good build quality.

OUR B8155 RUNS GREAT AS LONG AS IT CAN. WE WORK IT HARD AND ABOUT EVERY 6 MONTHS IT NEEDS SOME LOVE FROM A TECHNITIAN. SOME TIMES BEFORE WE CHANGE A PART IT TENDS TO GO OUT ON US. I AM SO GLAD THE TECHS WE HAVE ARE SO WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL WITH WHEN WE SHOULD CALL OR SHOW US HOW TO FIX THINGS WE CAN.

Waste of money
This machine drinks toner like a fish drinks water! And the toner is ridiculously expensive, must be ordered online (not carried by any of the office supply stores in my area) and event the high yield toner doesn't last very long. Furthermore, it wastes much of the toner in the cartridge. It doesn't let you shake the cartridge to get any last little bit out. The prin...

Unable to Connect to Wifi
I'm unsure as to why but I cannot connect this printer to the wifi. I've gone through the troubleshooting page, connected to the admin webpage, and even tried to manually update it by uploading the firmware files from the website for it. I really wanted to like it...
Previous Workcentre 3225 owner here and loved that machine. The software was great, the interface intuitive, and it ran like a top for 10 years before the fuser rollers gave out. Reliable printer, copier and scanner.
Love all the features it supports.
Only thing I wish it could scan 2 sided documents.
Otherwise very good software and hardware.

I understand why it was on clearance now
Awful setup - this printer only functions partially. The scanning feature is more trouble than it is worth. Would not recommend or purchase again. I have already stopped using it.

Cheap and Best
I bought this a month ago and it works very well. The price is very reasonable as there are other printers in other brands which costs way more.
