I have been deaf in my left ear for about twenty years. I have not been able to enjoy stereo until now. The open run vibrations makes it so I can hear music in stereo. It is a priceless miracle. I am so happy!

Battery does not last as
Battery does not last as long as my 3 year old ones. You remade the packaging and that was a waste of money.
You now only send 1 charge cord instead of 2. You changed the name and did not make improvements. Sounds like a 10 year old girl making the announcements.

They feel a little loose
They feel a little loose which takes getting used to. The volume button is too small, have to take them off to adjust.

Veteran with hearing loss
Use Shokz OpenRun. Best solution to phone conversations in open and public areas outside the house or car. Can hear perfectly even with ambient noise. Much better than ear pods or headphones as it allows for situational awareness. Sound quality much better than ear pods; a little less that headphones, but very close. Pleasantly surprised
I was very curious how conductive headphones would sound compared in in-ear buds, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

Amazing life changing product
I have problems with my ears and getting infections all the time. This product has allowed me to listen to my music, podcasts and books that I have not been able to in a very long time. Because they do not go inside the ear, I don’t get infections. Life changing!!!

A great new way to hear
My mini's are a bit small even though we measured very carefully. The sound is great to listen to music & news, but for assisting my hearing, not so good. I'm a new user, so maybe I'll figure out why at some point.

need an xlarge size option.
need more size options. Extra large head and still want to wear these as I exercise to be safe in my surroundings. They don't fit like they should. I would love an option 2 inches larger. The sound quality is still great and ease of setting up was good too. Just want one that fits my noggin.

This is my second pair.
This is my second pair. The dog got my first pair that I had for over a year. The sound and quality is great by only complaint on the second pair is that the speaker? It's not as great when using voice text.

This is my second pair
This is my second pair of Shokz. My last pair lasted 4 years and were only retired due to physical damage. My current pair has an occasional crackle/vibration in the right ear, but the sound and comfort quality are excellent, as expected.

They are nice. I like the open ear aspect, but I wish they fit tighter. I have a small head so they move around a little more than I had hoped!

Perfect for on the go
The audio quality could be a little bit better. But overall I love them! I can still hear my surroundings while enjoying my music. And best of all, I don't have to deal with the annoyance of in ear buds.
