Connectivity issues and poor customer service
I want to love these headphones. They are very comfortable. But I am on my 2nd pair and they have both had connectivity issues straight out of the box. I returned the first pair to Shokz to be replaced under warranty and their customer service took FAR longer than the 2 day turn around they promised. Now I'm outside of my window to return them for a refund. I finally re...
