Excellent. Not quite perfect.
What I don't like. You can't answer a call by pressing a button on them. You can't lie down with them on. They could be more comfortable. Good thing is, they make more comfortable ones which I'll upgrade to soon. If I really wanted to lie down, they make a bus style. My wife has them and absolutely loves them. Uncomfortable
I had previous versions. These are so stiff in the back uncomfortable to wear when sitting and head back in recliner. Wouldn't purchase again

Helpful For Caregivers
Live in an apartment building. Some of my neighbors have serious health problems--the kind where I find myself instinctively listening if they're okay, need help. or need 911 to be called. Pleasantly surprised
I was pretty skeptical because I'm pretty picky about how things feel but they are plenty comfortable. And I didn't see any difference in being able to hear with traffic with these than with the headphones I used before.
I find myself wearing them around the house too, listening to music or pod casts.

Love that I can listen
Love that I can listen to whatever and still be able to hear conversations around me and it is great if I am driving down the road and someone needs to get ahold of me and they hear me so clearly

Use them for cycling and also for my kid ss i think they are better for her hearing. For theses uses, it's great. Otherwise sound quality is pretty bad compared to most headphones. Still worth lt. 3 1/2 stars.

Good sound, great battery life! I was most impressed after washing and drying these headphones on accident. Pulled them out and it didn’t affect the sound at all. Would highly recommend.

Came when expected. sound quality is fine and unlike ear buds I have NO fit problem. these stay secure while on my bike and in the gym. I am a happy camper...

They work awesome. I walk
They work awesome. I walk every day with my dog so I can catch calls and listen to my music from Spotify during the whole routine. I clean my house and vacuum with them on...keeps my mind occupied during trivial stuff. Bought a pair for my sister because they are so affordable! You just need to try them, you'll never go back to in the ears!!

They actually don't sit as comfortably as I would like and it's hard to hear what I'm listening to if there's any noise nearby. That being said, I do feel safer while running at night with these, and they don't bounce or shift around while running. I think it may just take some time to get used these after using earbuds for several years.

Great functionality, a little hard to wear for extended periods of time

Not loud enough. No response from customer support.
I have to turn up the volume up all the way when I'm running. I filled out the customer support form on their website a week ago and haven't heard back.

I got an ear infection
I got an ear infection from using in ear buds, so I was looking for something that doesn't go inside my ear. These are perfect. I was able to wear them while my ear healed and now I won't re injure it with ear buds. The battery life is amazing, I wear them for full 9 hour work shifts and battery never dies.

Great sound for the price point.
These are by far worth every penny. The battery life is superior to the last set and the performance is awesome. Lots of bass and mids. As for the design, they stay out but bounce a little when running. Only on one side so maybe it’s my ear design… Lol! Overall a great product.
