Great Machine
This is a great label maker, easy to use, with lots of design options and the ability to do the work on a Mac computer and print from the P-Touch. I would recommend this machine or it slightly less expensive relative PTD420.

Cashier ruined it
I saw black raciest toward white people working as a cashier when I bought this product. She was kind to black customers but practically spit on Caucasians.

its a perfect size
Its not bulky and I'm able to storage it away. It prints out great no issues. Its either connect it or put on batteries. I'm in love with it

Versatile workhorse
I love this label maker. I have used the app almost exclusively because you can add images - this allows me to use pictures of different fonts.
With that I will say, it is pretty bulky - I wish it was smaller. I also wish there was a rechargeable battery so I could be able to move around with it. The ability to add fonts online would also be great.

Does more than I need
Not for simple home use, buy smaller model for casual use. It does everything a company could want, but more options than I will ever use to label the occasional item.

Not Easy
Hard to install and hard to get ready to use. When attempting to print, it is not recognized by the program or computer.
