Excellent customer service, and good price matching.

It's a 'no' for - Apple EarPods with Lightning Connector Headphones, White (MMTN2AM/A)
They fall out of the ears far too easily ---wires get in the way --- wireless would have been a lot better (with a key-fab-like device in pocket).

Apple EarPods
These EarPods, although from Apple and more expensive, are worth the extra $$. The sound from the Pods is great and the cord is a bit longer. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Replacement
I needed a replacement because I lost mine, I use it when I’m walking or having long conversations, it’s easier for me to use since I don’t like other ear pieces in my ear or holding the phone close to my ear.

They hurt my ears
Yes, I have had this trouble in the past, but hoped that these were different. I have no idea why this is so, but it is. My ears just hurt where the ear bud sits in them. I don't know if I'll be able to wear them, but it seems there is no alternative. If you have had trouble with ear buds in the past, I would not recommend getting these.
