disappointed
after 40 years I can not purchase your toilet paper anymore. It wasnt so bad when you went from 480 sheets per roll to 320. but you also took away nearly an inch in width, im done. shame on you

Not soft anymore
This was our absolute favorite toilet paper for over 20 years. Recently, something changed and it's not soft anymore. We will not continue to purchase because of this change.

Toilet paper has changed tremendously
I used to love your toilet paper it was really soft. The last two packages I have purchased the toilet paper is rough and rigid. Surprised to be UPSET
I have always been a lover of all Angel Soft products, however, my last two purchases were a complete upset. Every single roll had a blob of (I'm guessing to be) scrap paper from factory. Strong & Dependable Angel Soft
My family used Angel Soft for years, but during Covid it became weak, didn't absorb as well, crumbled and it was not working for us. However, we're back to using Angel Soft and are very satisfied with the strength & durability. It's pretty much back as an acceptable & good toilet paper.
