Purchase at your own risk.
I was only allowed two labels before I received the alert: Error-Cutter. Contacts with Brother left me with no working result. A hundred bucks wasted. Getting ready to junk it.

New model is great, but.....
I've used previous models of this for many years. Prints great. However, after updating the firmware, I can't get the correct margins for what I'm printing. It's a shame. Never had any issues with any of the previous models. Need to call tech support.

COMPLETELY LOVE IT
The team was due for a new label maker because our previous one stopped charging. This is a great replacement. 1000% better than the old one. The carrying case helps to keep the tape, machine and charger together which lessens the chances of losing things. We are so happy we got this one!

Great Machine, Not so great product support
Great machine. Customer support lacking. States specifically that there is a Printer driver compatible with IOS 15. There is no compatible downloadable printer driver for ios 15. I contacted Brother support and was advised there is NO compatible printer driver for IOS 15. this was followed by another email from Brother support advising there are NO plans for a compatibl...

Bluetooth Label Maker
Great Product has so many options that are really easy to use. The updated Bluetooth option is the best. Absolutely best label maker I’ve used. Highly recommend this label maker.

Love it!!
It is so useful andp has its own carry case. It can be battery operated or plugged into the wall. And it has an almost keyboard like setup. I've only used it a few times already so I'm still learning the in's and outs of it. But it is the best investment. And super easy to use.

You never forget your first P Touch
This label maker replaces a Brother P=20 that I have had since the 1990's. I upgraded to the model with the blow-moulded case for protection when I use this in the field. I am an HVAC tech and this tools is used extensively to label circuits, loope, breakers, and switches, etc. Very nice improvements over the last 30 years!

Replaced my 30 year old P Touch
This labeler replaced a PT-20 that i have used continuously since it was purchased new in the 1990s. This unit is the closest one feature-wise to my old pal, but with a lot more options and stuff! I have been impressed thus far, and am still exploring. I really
