Printer performs well.
Everything I have done went perfectly without problems. My only concerns at present is learning how to load #10 envelopes. I found instructions on line that explained it very well. Set the paper guides, envelopes go face down with flap on left side, print landscape mode. I will try this to be sure! It was hard to find this info if it is in the manual.

Dead on arrival!
Bought this to replace an older HP printer (HP’s recommended “replacement” model). Unfortunately it was nonfunctional out of the box. The HP app diagnosed a paper tray that wasn’t lifting. Home office use printer
Simple set up, works great. I connected to my home wi-fi, use AirPrint from my iPhone, no problems, and Mac set up was easy, it found the printer on the network right away. I have had the printer for a month and no connectivity or printing issues.

Horrible printer
Got this when the printer I wanted did not arrive. Staples suggested this one. What a piece of junk. Had a major toner blowup inside and ruined the whole thing. I will no longer purchase printers from Staples.

Love the new printer.
It's a little larger than I was used to; my last HP lasar printer was about half the size, but I love the convenience of a wireless printer, and it certainly is a much faster machine. I love it actually, and we can print from anywhere in the house.

Pro 3001dw
This machine was the worst printer I have ever purchased from hp. Returned it. After 250 prints it stopped feeding paper. On off button on worked part of the time. Hp stood behind and gave a full refund 5 stars to them.

Well, I really like this printer. Black n white...all I need. Its fast and I can print from my phone, tablet & laptop. For the dont likes. Four different web sites or apps to deal with. Great printer
A nice upgrade from my work-horse LaserJet 1300 that provided over 15 years of faithful service — unfortunately, the 1300 was no longer compatible with my new computer. The 3001 is quick to print & the double-sided printing option is great.

Great printer but would not connect to internet. Great price & features but could not use wireless
