very disappointing
it's brand new and multiple times a day the touch screen doesn't function. I have to reset the printer to get the touch screen to work. it's annoying and I'm disappointed in myself for purchasing this faulty equipment.

Great printer
The printer arrived perfectly timed. It saved me from having to leave home to get copies of document. The only problem I've had was when I wanted to copy something to my computer. It said to go to a certain site, but when I did, the site had been closed. I don't need it to print every day, but it's nice to have when I need copies. It's not overly big and is very attract...

Not easy to set up
Not easy to set up. The instructions aren't clear enough for someone who isn't tech savvy. I thought I had it, but it kept going to sleep, and I had to virtually start from scratch each time I wanted to use it! Not ideal for a 'remote' printer.. My computer guru son sorted it, though. It just doesn't sleep anymore!

Standby for a costly computer specialist setting up your printer.
I am neither pleased nor happy with HP management /executive board for eliminating set-up and operating instructions with packaging of the equipment purchased by ME. I was unable to set in up without timely professional and costly help. I still would like and desire an HP printed copy of the operating instructions and image illustrations.

Decent printer for the price.
Decent printer for the price, although the the shell is petty cheaply constructed. Cannon’s (who makes the printers for HP) quality has gone down hill a bit. This unit will not stand up in an office setting with multiple people handling it. Great for single user with gentle hands.

No Good
We purchased 2 of these and had the same problem with both the original and the replacement. We unsuccessfully tried to repeatedly tap and press on the screen to change commands so we could copy or scan and the touchscreen was unresponsive on both printers.

Not for Mac OS Sequoia 15.1 or higher
The printer works great with Windows and Android, but after a week of trying (and 5 hours on tech support with HP), I finally found out that it is not compatible with Mac OS 15.1 or higher.
