Ring Material and Design Flaw
I would have given a 5 star review. Unfortunately the ring design is the biggest design and material failure I've come across next to the Yugo automobile from the 80's. Come on, let's use a titanium ring and an actual pin / screw for the hinge.

Won't get fooled again - redesign the ring Takeya
We have four of these bottles - four of them. We love the quality of the bottle itself - it really does keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold and didn't leak. But as many others have commented - the lid sucks big time. All of our lids have broken. We bought a bunch of replacement lids and now they are broken too. As the saying goes - "fool me once, shame on you....

After a weekend of use, the handle broke off and left very sharp edges on the bottle. It is now unusable

Love buying lids!
Love the container, the size, the insulation, the feel in my hand. I've purchased several in the 17 and 25oz sizes. I've purchased 3x as many replacement lids. I loved that a new lid was an option. I didn't think I'd get sick of buying them. Lots of broken lids. Just bought 3 more, we will see if that will last a year.

Great bottle, not good lids
I love this bottle, I am on my second one and the lids keep breaking. It’s like the ring on lid isn’t strong enough and breaks off. I have super glued it but doesn’t last. I am hesitant to spend mi eh on another because of cost of replacement lids!

Lids broke within a few months
Bought 2 of these a few months ago. The lids did not stand up to very minor drops on 2 separate occasions. The locking mechanisms broke. For the cost, you'd think they'd be a bit more rugged.

Great mug!
This is my second same travel mug. It works great- prevent spills and keeps my drinks cold. I primarily use it for water.

Great bottle, don’t buy until they fix the lid
I really like this bottle. But the problem with the lid overwhelms it. We have three travelers, and have been through six lids. Sometimes it’s the ring, more often it’s the latch at the front. The lids cost more than third the price of a new bottle.
I’m here today to buy a few more lids. Because I feel it’s the more sustainable option, for now.

Poorly designed lid
Lid breaks easily and they only honor the warranty once. Then they give a pittance in return. Offered a 30% of coupon. It was more of an insult than anything for their poor design. I have bought lots of their bottles but am done.

Love the bottle ....... but ......
I love, love, love this bottle! However, latch on the top breaks way to easily. I received my first one as a gift. The latch on the top broke right away. Wasn't dropped, or knocked over. They did replace it with the option of a black or white top, not blush to match the bottle. I bought another one because I liked it so much. The latch on the top on this one has broken ...

Hey, new hot mug
Hot beverages just got better with this mug that keeps everything at the temp you want for hours! The lid is super stylish and easy to use, even when in the car. The perfect size for that little bit of extra as you head out to start your day!

Great Coffee Mug!
I love this traveler mug because I use it to bring my hot coffee to work everyday and it eliminates me spilling my coffee everywhere! The lockable lid is my favorite feature! It also fits in my cup holder which is GREAT!!

Not a good product. The cap breaks super easy
Bought two of the same bottle and the cap clip just breaks. Horrible product. Claim warranty and been unresponsive.

Poor cold retention
Excellent shape and capacity. Unfortunately it doesn't keep water cold long, even when I filled it with ice cubes first and kept the lid locked.
