Arrived damaged twice
I ordered this board and it arrived with punctures in the outer packaging that tore through the dry erase board and left dents. The replacement came the same way. Something either in their storage warehouse or in transport is puncturing the boxes in the exact same place. There is a top and bottom puncture hole in the packaging that leads to the boards being dented.

Flimsy & Damaged
Product was dented and when we hung it up, it bowed really bad away from the wall. It moves in and out from the wall because of the bow and not sturdy. It was not easy to clean like most dry erase boards.

Great Whiteboard
Looks and works great. The hardware to hang it worked great and didn't highlight the fact that the wall we hung it on is not perfectly flat. The board conformed to the subtle warp in the wall. I only wish the marker tray was larger.

Dented dry erase board.
Dry erase board came in with to dents but we didn’t have time to return the board before school started so we ended up keeping it. Needs better packing.

Solid whiteboard for the office.
Nice straightforward whiteboard. Could have been easier to hang and the tray tends to move around while you're trying to install but once it's up on the wall it looks great.
