Just don't
The mounting instructions are difficult to read and even understand (and I have a Master's Degree). I had to find a video to be able to install it. It's the fourth one I have installed but different brand than the others. Those were simple and straightforward.

Damaged during delivery
The back of the board was damaged during delivery. Two gentlemen delivered it from a large box truck however upon transporting only one of them was carrying the whiteboard on their back. The board is not only super heavy but awkward to carry I’m not sure why only one of them was carrying it while the other was walking alongside. Anyways the man unloads it and kinda th...

Dented dry erase board.
Dry erase board came in with to dents but we didn’t have time to return the board before school started so we ended up keeping it. Needs better packing.

Arrived damaged twice
I ordered this board and it arrived with punctures in the outer packaging that tore through the dry erase board and left dents. The replacement came the same way. Something either in their storage warehouse or in transport is puncturing the boxes in the exact same place. There is a top and bottom puncture hole in the packaging that leads to the boards being dented.

Poor effectiveness on wall anchors. Should include plastic set. The metal ones included when used on standard USA wall board just spin loosely...not holding the hanger upright. I had to run to home Depot buy some for $14 just to hang the thing.

Board ok tray flimsy
The white board itself and wall hanging mechanism are fine. However the pen tray doesn't stay hooked on and falls off with slightest touch. Flimsy bad design. I ended up having to tape it on with packing tape for it to be functional. I don't recommend for a professional office.

Provided Wrong Board
I bought the 8' X4' board I was told it was at my local staples the next day and when I picked it up it was 6' X 4'. I was then told after the fact the larger board I ordered was out of stock. I was in desperate need so I too the smaller board but horrible communication from staples e-office to not share with me what was truly taking place

Perfect for the price
Good quality. It’s exactly what you pay for. Comes with instructions and extra screws if you need to do a whole professional set up. I just used command strips

Came bent. Rack won’t stay
The white board won’t fit flat on the wall and the attachment for the tray is so loose that it’s always falling off

True red Magnatic steel dry erase board
Product was delivered promptly and came nicely packaged. was easy to install on wall with hardware provided. Fit and finish is super and already in use with no issues so far.

Staples had to deliver it 3x! 1x for non del after hours. Reordered 1x pick up at store but broken. Reordered 1x for final pick up at store.
