I was not happy with the product
This bottle get mold inside the bottom of the handle. I have tried many brushes and none of them reach!

Love this water bottle, BUT . . .
The good:
-Size - love having a large water bottle
-Straw - very easy to drink out of, better than other water bottles I've had. The straw does not fold down like other water bottles do and that makes it so you can always drink out of it, doesn't have to be at a certain angle. Also appreciate the lid for the straw.

Easy to handle, leak proof & great mouthpiece.

Solid construction, doesn’t leak even if it’s upside down in your bag or falls on its side by the bed (slide the lock to prevent the top from popping open).

Make This Leak-Proof!
I like the bottle for its size and different carrying options. The straw and drinking area are nice as well since I prefer the silicone and wider drinking area. The one attribute that I wish this bottle had is being leak-proof. I can't always keep it upright, much as I wish I could. Great way to stay hydrated
I like this bottle for keeping my hydration in check while going through chemo. I have two that we bought at a local store. Sadly, one of the bottles was missing the gasket and we didn't know that until it was too late. I've had to repurchase a lid and pay for the shipping as well. I kinda wish there were replacement gaskets available and also available on store shelves...

I had my first one for about 2 years. I did have to replace the lid once due to a break but that was because my toddler dropped it. Hard. CS replaced it for me and was a treat to speak with. Nice water bottle
I like the handle on the lid makes it much easier to carry. I love the time lines to help me stay on top of drinking my water but the volume lines are already rubbed off after using us for a week or so and washing it twice. It also doesn’t keep my water very cold but that’s fine it’s a whole 1/2 gallon so a stainless steel bottle would be way too heavy.

I love the size of the bottle and the screw on top and how easy the top part and straw are to clean, however, unless the top is screwed on absolutely perfectly it leaks pretty bad. It's perfect
My husband has a Gallon bottle for the summer he takes to work. He needed something smaller for the cooler months and this is absolutely perfect. He loves the grip handle and flip top lid.
