Great computer for a great price! I purchased this for my daughter who had originally wanted a Chromebook for school. She quickly realized that was a mistake because it didn’t have the capability she needed. I purchased this one for her and she has been extremely happy and it is working very well for her.

Never again will I buy HP
The touchpad went bad after 90 days (after the 30 day refund date) and HP will only repair it I bought a new computer not a refurbished one. No credit no refund never again!

Not Wild About It
It was a big job getting used to the new finger pad and it overheats so I have it raised up so air can flow under it.

Excellent Laptop!
I had narrowed down my laptop choices to the HP or the Dell. I've always had great experiences with both brands. When I saw the 38% off sale at Staples celebrating their 38th anniversary I checked on the laptops - they had the $900 HP for 38% off! That inked my decision. So far it has been exactly what I was hoping for. Easy order process quick shipment perfect...

Limited info. to help set-up. Need addl software to transfer files/programs. Total Microsoft based and cost to upgrade application pkg.

No Fingerprint Reader
Doesn't come with the fingerprint reader although it says it does. Staples isn't clear about what it can and cannot do. I might return it.
