Bought this because none of the computers I currently have are updateable to Windows 11. Easy start up, so far I like it very much.

Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

Buyer Beware! This laptop does NOT have a backlit keyboard. The manufacture does not make this model with ability to add the backlighting. Staples is well aware and still advertises it with one. HP laptop
this is the worst pc I've ever owned. It never properly installed the OS and I could NOT install my apps. When I tried to reset to factory settings, I could not get to that file because it could not attach to my internet.

FASLE DESCRIPTION
I bought this based on the advertised statement that this laptop has a backlit keyboard.It DOES NOT have a backlit keyboard. After receiving it I looked up the serial number on HP.com and found out not only did it not have a backlit keyboard, but the warranty had already been activated and had 9 months left. Buyer beware.

One Week No Progress
Still waiting on tech service to transfer data from the old computer. I'm not sure what the problem is, each time they try there seems to be another issue and they are confident it will work. No progress š yet.
