Perfect, Even for a Mac!
Fantastic dock that works for any Thunderbolt 4 machine. I've been using it with a 16" M1 MacBook Pro, and I've had no issues with it at all. Only thing to note is that the power button doesn't work on Mac, but I don't need that anyway.

Not happy
I bought this docking station to hook my new laptop up to our wired network. It would connect to the network but after a few minutes the connection would drop. I spent hours on the phone with tech support. They were unable to fix the problem. I found a post online that recommended using the Windows driver in place of the Dell driver. This fixed the problem.

Be ready to work to make this item work for you!
I finally got it working but it took a lot of work on my part to get that done. I had to download all kinds of drivers and updates. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I bought this because it was a DELL and I hoped it would be an easy hook-up since I have a fairly new DELL XPS Laptop.

Great support...weak power
I bought the enginering laptop and this docking station to use my 3 external monitors, but this station isn't powerful enough to fully power all the features of my laptop. I have to give up a monitor for another station or use less power with this laptop. I went with the lower power to keep my monitors.

Solid TB4 dock
Needs more USB ports and lacks an audio port. Otherwise works well for both Dell and 14" and 16" Macbooks, if firmware kept updated.

Excellent docking station
Works flawlessly. Easy to set up. Fan does run after more stress but is very quiet. My laptop is much louder.
