works for me
Got this for my work 14" HP firefly. It has a zippered pocket on the front. Padded on the inside of the case. It has carrying handles and an adjustable strap (not padded).

coworker did not measure...too small for his laptop.

Perfectly adequate
Just needed a simple bag, nothing fancy, to carry laptop to and from work. It is larger than I expected and fits both the laptop and charging cord. It doesn't have a lot of padding, so I wouldn't recommend it for heavy use, but it works fine as a basic tote.
