Revived dead computer
Darrah discovered that it was the battery charger that was faulty. He went on the store floor and found a new replacement and bingo, the computer came on a worked like new.

Worth it
No need to lug around long cords and if you do, and forget to put it in your bag, you can keep this little dandy charger in your carry-on bag all the time. Slow to the game, but in a happy place now.

The IT people at the Greenfield Massachuset, Staples, or uniformly, helpful, and all with good practical experience. Brian is very very good as he’s had lots of experience and is proactive FOR the customer. He was not only helpful with this charger, which is OK, but terrific as well with his recommendation for the replacement printer I needed to get a few days later. Ha...
