Stupid INK PROGRAM is impossible
I signed up for the automatic ink replacement. When I suddenly needed more ink I bought a cartridge at the store BUT THE MACHINE WON’T LET YOU USE ANYTHING BESIDES THE OVERPRICED REPLACEMENTS THEY SEND YOU.
They even made it almost impossible to get out of the pre-order program. I can’t use the printer until the Program ENDS!
Absolutely ridiculous marketing and bad bus...

Some problems.
It seems to perform well, but looks and feels flimsy.
The printer was delivered to the wrong address and I had to retrieve it. It was left in the open on the sidewalk visible from the street and could easily have been stolen.

Only good if you don't have to print a lot of copies. Ink cartridges are small and need replacing to frequently and expensive.
I am not happy with the printer the ink cartridges are too small. I only bought it within the last two weeks and printed out about 20 copies and it was saying the ink cartridges was low. The screen on the outside of the printer is small and not easy to use need small fingers. Thinking about returning and getting a bigger printer.

Relatively easy, but lengthy, installation. I will need some time to acclimate to a different paper feed from my preceding printer. Print quality has been good thus far. Scanning has been fine, but with two extra steps that my preceding Epson printer did not have; that is annoying, because I do a lot of scanning.

Printer was easy to setup and works great. We’ve had lots to print out and it’s hummed right along. No jams or ink issues. Jason was very helpful when I was trying to decide which printer to buy.
