Stupid INK PROGRAM is impossible
I signed up for the automatic ink replacement. When I suddenly needed more ink I bought a cartridge at the store BUT THE MACHINE WON’T LET YOU USE ANYTHING BESIDES THE OVERPRICED REPLACEMENTS THEY SEND YOU.
They even made it almost impossible to get out of the pre-order program. I can’t use the printer until the Program ENDS!

Epson WF-2960
Relatively easy, but lengthy, installation. I will need some time to acclimate to a different paper feed from my preceding printer. Print quality has been good thus far. Scanning has been fine, but with two extra steps that my preceding Epson printer did not have; that is annoying, because I do a lot of scanning.

Printer was easy to setup and works great. We’ve had lots to print out and it’s hummed right along. No jams or ink issues. Jason was very helpful when I was trying to decide which printer to buy. Not good for business use
I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and either the sensor of the ink box has issue or the printer is really bad with ink leakage. In this 2 weeks I have changes caritage twice already which this never happened to my other Epson printer which I use it for the same business purpose. I am really disappointed as it costs me a lot of money. I do not recommend this printer.

Middle of the road machine.
Well packed and the written instructions for set up were excellent. The problem was the printer not recognizing my internet connection. After calling Verizon for help, the customer care person suggested I turn off my VPN (Virtual Personal Network) and my new Epson saw my internet.
