Not as advertised
The headphones are advertised as active noise canceling. When i opened mine i was quickly disappointed to find they were lacking noise cancellation. I am sending mine back and getting the noise canceling 4th generation instead.

One of the air pods fell into the urinal.
One of the AirPods fell into the urinal because it didn’t stick well into my ears. I bought third generation because I thought it sticks better than the 4th. I asked for discount/voucher to repurchase it was decline. The remaining one is not functioning well.

Description is incorrect
I was looking for the active noise-canceling feature as stated in the description. This is not so. That was the main reason I ordered this item and for that I'm disappointed. These are fine but if you want a set with active noise-canceling this is not it.

This is my first purchase of any Apple AirPods (3rd Gen) and I am satisfied with them. The voice quality is very good for the call (as confirmed from the person on other side of the call) and also for music. They are durable as one time I dropped them from about 4 feet high and it bounced several times but still works great. The fit is comfortable for extended use and ...

Love these!
These are my favorite! I use them every day all day and I switch them between 3 phones because of my personal phone and 2 work phones. I’ll be on my personal phone talking and then the office phone rings and I just switch them over. They fit the best in my ears out of the 2nd generation and the air pod pros. 5)8: is my second pair

Apple Air Pods Are the Best....!
I am an early riser. I put in my Apple Air Pods almost first thing in the morning and and listen to Sports Talk Radio...without disturbing anyone else in my house. That's the way to do it...

Product itself (sounds)-Great👍
The ear buds the [ Sound ] is G R E A T!! BUT ? The fitting of them for the ears not better than my older ones the new 1’s are smaller when you do activities like even chewing Eating food if you’re not careful they start to pop out next thing you know they’re on the floor? So whoever designed that part they should’ve just kept it the stem a little bit longer
