App is easy to use. Print pixelation is crisp. Lightweight and easy to store. My only wish was it came with a storage bag.

Does Not Print
Constant printing error when everything is set up correctly. Will not print any labels. Says paper jam right out of the box and there is no way to correct it or make it print. Junk.

To resolve this issue kindly follow the steps below:
1. Please power cycle the printer by removing the batteries, power adapter if available, and tape, and then press the
power button 15 times.
2. Clear Bluetooth Cache: Settings>Apps>Display System Apps>Bluetooth>Storage>Clear Cache> Exit and restart your phone.
3. Check if the Bluetooth option is active on your mobile device and location is on.
4. If the LetraTag 200B appears in the Bluetooth list, but the application does not detect the printer. Please reinstall LetraTag Connect. Be aware, all saved labels will be deleted:
• Navigate to Settings.
• Select Apps and notifications.
• Select See all apps.
• Select LT Connect in the list.
• Select Uninstall.
• Navigate to the Store.
• Search for LetraTag Connect.
• Reinstall the app and try to print.
Furthermore, you can follow the instructions visit DYMO.com>Support>helpcenter>LetraTag 200B not found in DYMO® LetraTag® Connect

Useless without the app …
I bought this for 6 months ago, and now the app does not work.. good concept, but the letra tag is uselesss. Don’t buy unless the app works again .

Everyone is jealous

ok, but not worth the price
- i like 2 lines of text, but each line has to be the same font size.
- only runs on battery
- must use via smart-phone. I like that the print preview shows the exact size of what will be printed.

Perfect label maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice portable and convenient label maker. I got it just in time before my move and I was able to keep things labeled in my kitchen perfectly. The battery life so far has been good and the print quality is good!

Very Limited
I know it’s just a label maker, but I feel like it could have a little more versatility regarding fonts and sizes, especially given it has border options. I would recommend a different label maker altogether, or save the money you’d use to buy this, and upgrade when you can afford it.
