Love that it's plastic
We got this because it's plastic so it doesn't scrape our pans. We remove the middle part as it doesn't seem to whisk it any better.

Awesome whisk
This whisk is great. Very durable and really does whisk food. Whether making eggs, baking whatever- a great addition to any kitchen.
