It was a pleasure buying the IPAD from Staples store in Sturbridge even though the tech group would not set it up for us. As it turned out, Apple's set-up process for the IPAD is quite good and requires little technical knowledge to complete as long as you have the unit that you are replacing available.
I only wish I could say the same for the Laptop that I purchased,4...

Very unknowable service.
The individual who served me had very little knowledge about the product I purchased. When I asked him about the differences between the products he could only read the description from the packaging. He had no knowledge regarding the products except for the size difference. When I did decide to buy the Gen 10 IPad he tried to convince me that it could fit in a cover...

The only thing that I would like to see done, since this was a whole new learning experence, is that someone in the store should offer assistance to people over the age of 60 so that they can become more comfortable with using the device since it was so much different then my previous IPAD.

Love the new iPad. Paid for set up service, but internet was sooooo slow that after about 30 minutes I had to give up. If paying for a service the store should have the necessary equipment or internet strength to do what is being paid for.
