Quality Product
Product is very sturdy and reliable and the digital display makes it very easy to read. This was actually a reorder. We really loved the one we had and it lasted us for ten years.

Stopped working after 2 weeks
Aster 2 weeks the clock stopped punching. We have to try multiple times to get it to work whenever employees try to use it. Thought it would last longer.

Easy & efficient
This unit is replacing our ancient one that is a discontinued model. Our PM installed it without any issues and so far, it's working great. He says it easy to use for all our timed employees.

Really Good Time Clock
I purchased this unit as a replacement for the old Pyramid 3500 and am not disappointed at all! Easy set up, and the new guide makes it simple to align the cards and documents.

This machine is PERFECT
I had the 3500 time clock and upgraded to this new model. I LOVE the laser guide on this and the message options. No employee limits is perfect for me and my growing business. Great time clock!
I have been along time user of this time clock and have nothing but good things to say about it. It is always accurate. I am a huge proponent of not needing a subscription and paying monthly fees like a lot of other systems have. This one is sturdy, gets the job done and is always reliable.
The ability to buy more time cards as well is great!

Great model time clock
Just purchased to replace my 14 year old model 3500 Pyramid Time Systems clock and doc stamp.
the 3500ss was easy to set up, has no monthly fees and works great. I had a question and called customer service and they picked right up, answer my question and all is good. great customer service from a reliable brand.

Feels like a toy!
Not worth the money or your time. Our office purchased this machine for documents. The print is extremely tiny, and the machine stopped working after 3 weeks.

Small but functional would have given 5 stars but it needs a external button to cycle thru the Document Functions.To make it more convenient.This is based on current time as I only been using it for one week.Dependability is yet to be seen.Ribbon Cartridge Plus

Imprint is clear and always readable. What is very cool is I turn it off at night (using a power strip) but it still has the correct time the next morning. No need to ever reset it due to power loss.
