Garbage product
Don't buy this junk. I've had this printer for a year now, and it had a hard time connecting to Wi-fi from the start. Not to mention that the cartridges wear out at an incredible rate (the Epson specification is incorrect). I will never buy Epson products again!

Garbage product

Do not buy this printer
This printer is so, so frustrating. I purchased it over 2 years ago and I bet I've been able to use it only a handful of times because It. Never. Works. The first error was that ink was out, even though I'd just bought ink. The second error (after buying new ink, again) was that it wouldn't accept anything accept Epson ink. FAIR PRINTER
INK DOES NOT LAST LONG ENOUGH AS THE XL CARTRIGES WIL;L PRINT THE SAME AS THE REGULAR CARTRIDGES THAT TELLS ME THAT THEY HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF INK IN THEM

DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER!
I bought this printer for my small business--to print waivers, small posters and certificates. It is GARBAGE!
First of all, it goes through ink like crazy--a cartridge wont even print 40 pages. Also, it CONTANTLY needs maintaince--often I go to print something and it comes out all distorted with lines through it and I have to clean the heads.
Spend a few extra dollars...

Too much ink consuming for a print and it drains very fast with few pages ..i was out of ink ..in 1 print ..the new ink catridge came all the way to 50% and also too much of cleaning required.

The top feed stopped working after 15 pages and the ink cartridges are expensive and have to be replaced too often. I will be purchasing a new printer from a different maker. So disappointed in this product.

Easy Setup
I bought this yesterday and it was quick to set up using the app on my phone, & then connect to my computer. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because one part of the setup was a little confusing. (Inputting the password to my wi-fi).

No. Big No.
By far, the worst printer I've ever owned. Ink is constantly running low. Constant technical issues. Unable to connect to any devices. The list goes on and on.

Setting up to print from computer was fine. A change was made to scan to computer. Now I can't print from the computer.

Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly or at all. Not worth a dime!
There is no manual nor anything in the box telling you even though you don't use color ink the printer WILL NOT WORK unless all of the color cartridges are FULL AND FULLY CHARGED! Same applies for a "maintenance box " that pretty much no one else carries but Epson. You need to order it and have it on stand by for when your printer all of a sudden with no warning stops...

Not worth it
This printer's set up was the hardest setup I have ever had to do. It was not very customer friendly for a 55 year old to set up. I have set up other printers in the past in half the time and they were so much easier to set up. I am very disappointed that it has 4 different printer cartridges for the ink. I am use to only buying 2 cartridges per printer. Now 4!! Even co...
