Great item
I had an issue with device and JLAB promptly solved it through its guarantee program. Item quality is very good and JLAB customer engagement serious and efficient, I'll keep tied to the brand articles for future purchases.

These are not pairing with the phone- decorative art objects only
So far the earbuds do not work at all. I cannot get them to pair with my phone. It could be user error I will follow up but it looks like they will be returned within the week.

High quality sound, ear hooks easily damaged.
The sound is really good on these earbuds, however the hooks slightly bent and the buds had trouble charging. I'm really pleased with JLab support as they spoke to me and sent me a new pair of earbuds, and the new version too instead of these ones.

Needs case to reconnect
Earbuds shut themselves off after 2 to 3 minutes and they cannot be reconnected unless you put them back in the case. This is incredibly annoying if you are in any situation where you have to turn the earbuds off for a few minutes in order to hold a conversation or be safe. It makes them functionally unusable.

They power off and need the case to turn back on.
Sound quality is okay. They power off if they are not actively used by or connected with a device after 3 minutes. You absolutely need the case to reconnect them to the device. It means that if you go someplace and don't have them constantly connected to your device, you will have to reconnect them via the case. I found this out while traveling - the case was back a...

Greenwashing
In order to have my earbuds fixed after one of them stopped working, I had to send JLAB a video of me submerging my earbuds and the case in a glass of water to show proof of disposal. Getting this request from a company that claims to take sustainability and recycling seriously, really felt like greenwashing.

Cheap Quality
Cheap build quality. Sound is ok but the bass is very low. Not worth $50.

No base can't even hear songs
I specifically requested a staple's service representative to assist because was away from my home and wanted a base sound headphones while small in size. He said this will fulfill that requirement. Bull shit. I'm hating these tiny useless things.

Really good sound and great fit
I got these as a gift 3 weeks ago - and I'm really happy with them. They fit great in the ear and the sound is super good. The microphone works perfectly - sound comes through clearly. The only "complaint" is that they are extremely sensitive on the touch part and change without you really wanting it.
