Soft but not that comfortable
I initially thought this was going to be more comfortable than the standard memory foam pillows. In the store it seemed so soft and flexible. However when I got home it was actually very uncomfortable bc the back of the neck is too thjn and than front sides are so big they hurt my cheecks.
