Not happy
This is not an easy machine to use. The plug does not fit well into the computer frequently falling out. It also has frequent paper jams. Would not recommend but now I own it so I am dealing with it. Would not recommend.

Meets Expectations
Replaced an OfficeJet 6700. Much quieter. Unlike the OfficeJet 6700 that many times went thru 3-5 mins of system checks this printer prints pretty much on demand. Print quality appears as good. So far so good.
Takes half a minute before first page prints but the paper pulls smoothly which makes the process easier. I wish there was a way to print in draft mode without having to select it each time.

Disappointed
I don’t like it. It’s loud and clunky and the screen is difficult to read. It also seems to disconnect from the internet a lot. I am returning it.

Looks like my solution!
Love this printer. I needed one that would work on *dual-band* wifi (2.5 and 5 gHz). This one does. Set up was painless -- load the ink insert the printheads download the app Bob's your uncle. Not impressed. I may not be an expert but I'm still good with tech.
Connectivity is a real pain. Did not come with usb incase you have wifi issues. You can connect directly with your phone using wifi but that will disconnect your phone from the internet hope you have cell service mine is poor. Printing can be confusing gives you two options for printing the second one being a remote option completes action without sending to printer...

Best HP Printer to Date
Have had problems setting up and using HP printers in the past but HP seems to have gotten the message. Set up for this one was quick and easy. Liked the new "Smart Tank" system as well.

Limited functionality terrible return policy
I usually buy anything like this at Costco and recently chose to buy my computer there because of their great service and return policy. A slow start...
I had a slow start getting my printer set up and running. The plug that goes into the back of the printer does not have a snug fit. Used to swear by HP now I wouldn't recommend it
In my opinion this was one of my WORST BUYING DECISIONS IN A LONG TIME. I WISH I HAD BOUGHT THE THE EPSOM @ COSTCO.
