Vibrant colours, high quality, borderless, perfect for small business
Print quality is very nice, I make greetings cards, stickers and bookmarks and the colours are vibrant, resolution is great. Double sided printing is a bonus but it doesn't always line up perfectly with the automatic duplex printing. The connection often cut out and I have to unplug it. Great home office printer

A solid printer with software issues
This is a good solid printer with tanks, not cartridges, that should save money (as well be ecologically better). Prints and copies fast, and scans competently.

Set up took way to long
Set up took way too long. I ended up having to get a second computer and my phone to get my wifi to finally connect. Bring back the direct connect so set up is easier.

It's just ok.
We have had HP printers for many years and have been very satisfied. However, we find the Smart Tank 6001 to be short of the mark. We've barely had it a month and have had to call support twice. The printer is somewhat finicky and we've had to turn it off and restart several minutes later to straighten things out. Overall, not the best choice imho.

IT STATES 3 YEARS OF FREE INK, INCLUDED. BUT IT IS ONLY FOR 6,000 COPIES ONLY. AND IT DOESN'T STATE THAT IN THE ADVERTISING AT ALL ! DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER FROM STAPLES.

Manufacturing quality control Poor set directions
The set up directions for this printer are poor. Mostly used pictures which were not good. Tops to the ink bottles had no seal. Took an hour to get the ink and cartridges installed.
