Openng the flash drive.
I am 91 years old. The USB drive is harder to open than any drive I have ever used. I am in the process of disposing of these four drives. I am sure Staples has better drives. This was the only one I was shown. Lots of money wasted.

Great bargain on flashdrives
Great price. They were on sale for roughly half price, so I bought two packs. I haven't used the ones I just purchased but same brand in the past have worked fine.
