Horrible Printer/Not Worth the Price

User friendly and very fast.
This thing is so fast! User friendly for a non tech savvy individual. Had a little difficulty following installation guide, but it was a breeze once I got someone on the phone to help.

My Best Color MFP Yet!
This is an extraordinary printer. I have struggled with finding clients a durable, and economical printer solution. I have installed a few and liked them so much I got one for myself.
The printer is not locked to Canon toners and offers a setting in setup so it won’t complain when you use 3rd party toners.

SLOOOOW Printing
I've had this for a couple of months, an upgrade from my 12 yo inkjet. Good quality, but sloooow processing speed or insufficient RAM in the printer. I'll print two sided color brochures or just copy with color pics and it'll spit out one, then wait 5 min then do two more. i don't know what's wrong or who to call.

Decent quality - Expensive prints
After 4 months of printing (typically documents, forms, and recipe pages):
277 pages - 54 B/W, 73 Full Color Copies, 150 Print Full Color
Black Toner @ 90%
Magenta Toner Starter @ 0%
Cyan Toner Starter @ 0%
Yellow Toner Starter @ 50%
Canon support says this "is normal and just an estimate of the toner remaining. Starter carts are expected to be ~20% of standard toner" ...

Easy setup and tons of features
I’ve been through multiple brands of inkjet printers that only last 1-2 years with low use. The cartridges and print heads always dry up. It was finally time to go with a laserjet and so far I don’t regret making the investment! Full of features and easy to set up.

The printer is excellent and reproduces scans and prints true to color. The only con is that the disc provided wont install the drivers in windows 11. I had to manually install them and after 4 hours of trying finally got them installed. If the installation disc worked better I would give a 5 star rating.

Scanner not working
The printer works great so far but the scanner will not work. I will need to spend some time speaking with customer support to hopefully solve this issue.

Firmware update, no way
I have had the worst time trying to update the firmware. It wouldn’t be so bad if I could turn off the automatic update. Every time I want to AirPrint I have to go to the printer and say no to the firmware update before it will print the document. Horrible directions. I have tried everything to no success.

This MF753CDW laser replaced our trusty old HP Officejet Inkjet 8600. 8600's print quality was superior. Toner is expensive, so do you research.

Initial perception is very good.
Recent purchase so I cannot speak to durability. Very happy with initial setup and performance. Installation was "somewhat" straight forward and successful across machines. Users are happy with the performance and print quality. Copy, scan, print functions have been used.

This Printer Works Great So Far
