So Far, So Good!
Not certain why these places always want a review the day after the purchase but we plugged it in, tried it with black only text, then a color pic and it works great. it takes a minute to spool up but once printing only takes seconds. Rip Off
Bought this about 7 months ago. Waste of money. A great printer until you have to refill toner. You MUST use the VERY OVERPRICED Canon toner cartridges or it won't work. So if you are on a budget, this is definitely not the printer for you. I would go with a Brother. Mine was a complete waste of money.

Fantastic AIO for the office, or home
Does everything. I got it specifically because it will do SMB scanning directly to a computer without having to rely on the software being installed. Great of an office environment. The double side scan option is also a great time saver.

Although I had a great experience with Holly, I am wholly dissatisfied with the replacement printer. I previously had an imageCLASS 8560Cdw for 10 years. Printer is horribly loud
The printer started occasionally making a loud squealing noise (not the appropriate whine noise) while printing shortly after we purchased it. We dismissed it since it was only occasionally. Great After Setup
There were issues with the setup that were not firewall-related, but after figuring that out, it's been a great printer. It's certainly not plug-and-go. After you get the drivers that you need, it's a great printer. We especially like the double-sided printing.

Canon ImageClass MF656cdw Printer
The printer was easy to set up and we were quick to use it. Everything is working great so far! I own many Canon products and we were able to register it directly with Canon and bought an additional CarePak warranty through Canon. I expect we will be very happy with this product over the long term.

Won't stay connected to network.
This is an absolute garbage printer with tons of network problems. Every time I need to use the printer, I gotta set it up again.

Terrible
I have never seen anything so unnecessarily complicated. I have yet to be able to print on legal paper unless I hand feed one piece of paper at a time.

Utterly useless for anything but plain paper
If you just want to print documents on regular 20-24 pound paper, it's fine. If you want to print on heavy paper or on cardstock, the printer can't handle it. It will just jam and wind up spreading toner dust all over your office as you try to pull the paper out.
