The device has ample storage and then some. The most attractive part was the ability to plug in and be recognized by the older USB connector on one side and the newer USB 3 on the other. Both feed the same memory. The only down side is that the case can protect one end but there is no protection for the other end.

Customer service
Had terrible customer service experience. No one would cancel the order that mysteriously disappeared. Has not shipped, so why can’t they.

Sadly it does not work for me
This is the best thing next to sliced bread And was so excited to find this product. The service was great and the associate that assisted me was spot on, kind, courteous, personable and professional! I got the product home and tried it out on my android. The android end kept falling out So I couldn't make the transfer to my desktop. I will be returning.
