worst purchase ever
I hate it--with a passion. Got bullied into buying this computer with amenities I DID NOT want. The very first day home after 2 hr. Micro soft tried to scam me. In the first two weeks I owned it It was at Staples 8 days with problems. One of which it was infected with viruses. Still having problems with META and Google trying to take over.

Nice for the price but...
This had a nice sale price.After starting to use it I noticed that it is slow to boot up compared to my Macbook Pro and the model I bought doesn't have lighted keys. I didn't realize how much that matters until I didn't have light keys. Those cons aside the laptop suits my needs for running a few apps accessing the internet and reading/writing email.

It is taking a while for me to figure it out. I have to keep asking friends and family to help me. I do like the surface keys and the size. I should tell you that I do not use the computer all the time. It is not a joy it is a necessity.

Real value for the money
I purchased this for my wife a casual user as her Lenovo will not support Windows 11. The computer has everything I want in a budget laptop. Set up was a snap the fit and finish are very good and the graphics are more than acceptable given the price point. Overall I could not be more pleased with the value for the money.

Disappointing Laptop Performance
I recently bought this laptop and I'm very disappointed with its performance. It’s incredibly slow even for basic tasks like web browsing and checking emails. Simple actions often take too long leading to plenty of frustration. If you're looking for something to handle everyday use efficiently I’d suggest looking for better options. This laptop just doesn't cut it.

It was a little rough at first to get used to the operating system but once I got the hang of it the computer performed very well. I have it just the way I like it now and am very pleased. A great value for the money. (There is some junk on it that I am removing but that will be there for any new laptop.)

I mostly love this laptop. The only thing that I have a problem with this the numbers and letters on the keyboard are not very visible to my eyesight. I’m wondering if there is a way to light it up so that I can see it better. Other than that I love it!

Excellent basic laptop
This laptop easily meets all my needs as a writing and editing consultant. I’m sure it could accommodate a more demanding workload than what I give it. The only downsides are that the keyboard isn’t illuminated and the promised 8.5-hour battery life is a bit of an exaggeration. All in all a very good product.

Terrible Laptop
Bought it but didn't turn it on right away. When I did it turned on but the screen was practically black. I also didn't know Staples only had a 2-week window for returns. Would not recommend.
