Very easy and purchase.
My first online purchase and pick up. The transaction went perfectly. I received a full payment notice in just a few minutes. Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

Setup was fairly straightforward
The HP computer itself is fine for my needs. The only odd thing was a few scratches on the top cover, which could not have happened in transit as it was very well packaged.

A Bit Disappointing
I needed to get a new computer because my hp was not going to be supported much longer. The new one, however, doesn’t seem to be made with the same quality of materials as my previous hp laptop. I think it will do the job though.

This laptop is very slow on startup. At first we thought it was just updates but the machine continues to be laggy to the point of being unusable for about 5-10 minutes after startup. It's totally fine after that but it really isn't acceptable for a new machine.
