Easy entry into Windows 11
Bought this because none of the computers I currently have are updateable to Windows 11. Easy start up, so far I like it very much.

Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

It is taking a while for me to figure it out. I have to keep asking friends and family to help me. I do like the surface keys and the size. I should tell you that I do not use the computer all the time. It is not a joy, it is a necessity.

Basic laptop at low price :)
It is a basic laptop, but I didn’t need high performance. So this computer is perfect for my needs.

Old user - new product!
I'm an older woman that has had a computer for a long time. For me, things are getting more difficult because there are so many new things to learn. So, even getting it set up was a little hard.

Underwhelming, doesn't live up to specs
I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I h...

It's an okay laptop for basic needs
I bought this laptop for my mom, and within the first day it was already glitching. It took quite some time for it to start. Sometimes the screen would freeze. Overall, I would have returned it but my mom didn't care to, it's not one I'd keep personally.

HP Laptop 15t-fd100
After two weeks waiting for my laptop because FedEx was terrible and when I started to set up it has been overheating, battery is draining so quickly (about 3-4 hours) and screen has been freezing or getting blue with the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" . I updated Windows 11, drivers and BIOS to their last versions but the issue is still p...

Just OKay
This laptop is decent, but for the price the screen is very low quality. You have to always have it at a certain angle or everything becomes washed out. Better to invest in a different computer with a better screen. This screen seems like it is from the 80s with the grainy quality and matte glare across the entire thing.
