Easy entry into Windows 11
Bought this because none of the computers I currently have are updateable to Windows 11. Easy start up, so far I like it very much.

Mislead
Purchased this specifically because the Staples website showed it had a backlite keyboard. When it arrived, I discovered it didn't. Poor advertising on Staples part. Not sure how many other specs don't match as I'm just getting started. Check the manufacture specs before purchasing as you can't trust the Staples specs.

Disappointing first few weeks
I've had several problems. First I tried to install an older version of PhotoShop and it hung up the computer and I had to do a complete Restore and start all over again. Today I got another hang up with a message that the Recycle Bin file was corrupted. I finally got the computer to do a hard shut down after several tries and then it did a start up like it was a new si...

Not happy
I was told this would be identical to my envy x360 2-in-1 Minus the 2 -in-1 feature. This is not comparable to the envy. NO key backlight, slower, battery drains a lot faster, and more. I wish the sales person had not told me all would be same. I would purchase another one today but cannot not trust your sales department. Long time HP customer but now....? What a shame....

Great Value Price and performance!
WOW! The look, weight, feel and performance is exceptional for the price paid! I am a average home user and my needs are pretty minimal. I use word, excel and now the built in windows 11 video editing software. I really didn't need a Core I5 but I'm glad I got it. The price I paid on the flash sale was better than any other place I shopped and it came directly from HP. ...

Choose a better one
It's a really slow laptop when I compare with the one I had. No backlight keyboard, but for what I need in the moment is working. For sure next time I'll choose a better processor. Customer service for HP is the worst ever, no info about tracking my order and it's impossible to get a real person to talk about your order.

Great Features and Perfect Size
I bought this 2 months ago and I really like it. It has all the features I wanted: touch screen, key pad, lighted keyboard, and the 15.6 size is perfect for me. I would have liked an option on color, but the silver is nice. It looks silver - bright and not gray. I haven't had any issues with glare. There are so many options to darken your screen. You don't have to have ...

Awful performance from day one—and paywalled support on a new device
This is my second HP laptop in a six-month span, purchased for $900 on promotion (with a supposed $1,400 list price). I brought it home expecting a capable, everyday computer for light work—browsing, documents, data entry, email. What I got was a sluggish experience from the first minute: windows hesitated to open, searches dragged, and basic programs took ages to load....

Annoying little things
I do not like that the "power" button is next to the "delete" button. The fan runs more than any other laptop I have had.

Hp = Happy person
Love the crystal clear screen! I'm still getting used to the difference between my previous Dell laptop and this HP so I'm still in the learning phase. Very glad that I made this purchase.

Great value!
Solid laptop for a great price. Large, clear display, easy start-up. Perfect for basic, every-day use. Latest Windows update and no issues with sluggish performance or having multiple browser Windows open at once.

HP 156 inch Laptop PC.
I bought the computer on line directly from HP. I have full keyboard with backlighting and touch screen.
The set up was pretty straight forward.
The battery life doesn't seem great and it gets hot when in use.
It's been a while since I've used a laptop so I don't have anything recent to compare it to.
So far I have used it primarily for web based activities.

Good experience- but excessively slow delivery
Nice laptop that was easy to setup and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the excessive time it took to receive the shipment. After shipping from China, the box got bounced between shipping hubs for over two weeks before it was delivered. The box was ripped open but the product appears to not be damaged.

Poor shipping practices
The computer it's is a good computer. It's fast. Backlit keyboard is a plus. Fingerprint reader is sensitive. Some bloatware and it feels light and cheap. That being said. It seems to be very functional. My main issue was shipping. It took over 1 months to get this computer and that was a standard build. Then when it finally shipped it shipped from Thailand. If I would ...

Good
It is everything you need for work from home small businesses. Don't like the touch pad there is not 2 tabs on the bottom and clicking doesn't always work. and the fact that they Microsoft shoves the stuff down at you. I don't like the Fact it comes pre-loaded with McCrafty Security they are the worst spyware out there.
