Very disappointed. Had trouble trying to open to insert included staples. Never did get them in. Neither could anyone else in my house. Purchased a Swingline instead and love it.

Bostitch Inspire Reduced-Effort
Took 1/2 hour to open.
Had difficulty opening the staple slide to insert the staples.
When I finally opened the staple side the staples did not hold. Slide out the backslide. This took another 1/2 hour. RETURNED!
TOO MUCH FRUSTRATION.

Piece of junk
Could not get staples to load. Am returning it as soon as I can back to you. Poor quality or poor quality control by manufacturer. Too bad. Boy your fault.

Loads from the bottom
Had to take the stapler back to Staples to learn how to load the staples. They load by flipping the stapler upside down. Never had a stapler load like that.

Too difficult to load staples
I really would not mind loading the staples this unusual way, IF they had added instructions with the packing that were understandable or readable.. Yes, there was a QR code to click but it did not link to anything. It was unable to load. It took quite some time for me & my husband to figure out how to load the staples, lol. It works!
This stapler is lightweight and simple to operate. The directions to open and fill consist only of a drawing embedded in the bottom of the stapler, which is both difficult to see and, therefore, to understand.
