Very disappointed. Had trouble trying to open to insert included staples. Never did get them in. Neither could anyone else in my house. Purchased a Swingline instead and love it.

Too difficult to load staples
I really would not mind loading the staples this unusual way, IF they had added instructions with the packing that were understandable or readable.. Yes, there was a QR code to click but it did not link to anything. It was unable to load. It took quite some time for me & my husband to figure out how to load the staples, lol. It works!
This stapler is lightweight and simple to operate. The directions to open and fill consist only of a drawing embedded in the bottom of the stapler, which is both difficult to see and, therefore, to understand.

This Bostitch Desk top stapler (1429)
This is by far the best stapler I have at any of my work areas. It is the easiest to use and does a perfect job. It is a pleasure. Better than one that can staple 60 pages which was not good for a few pages. Better than any of the smaller staplers. I would not buy or recommend any other. It is a joy to use-so dependable.
