Poor fit
Would NOT stay in my ears, even when I was simply sitting in a chair and trying to talk on the phone; tried the various sizes but non fit snuggly!!!

Poor fit
Would NOT stay in my ears, even when I was simply sitting in a chair and trying to talk on the phone; tried the various sizes but non fit snuggly!!!

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. No way to find if they're in case and you place
It's great if I don't have them in the case and I need to locate them and they're hooked up directly to my phone then I can find them but if they are not I am screwed like right now I have the right headphone but I don't know where the case or the left one is

Do not fit well
They are good overall since I got them for 50% off. I have tried different brands and styles. These however are not a good fit even with the included tip options, not very comfortable either

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam has the “Check My Best Fit” feature in the JBL Headphones App, which helps ensure you’re using the correct ear tip size and proper placement for optimal sound. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using an alcohol-cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Almost great earbuds
I purchased the JBL vibe beam headphones about a month ago ago and I love the sound. However I had to remove the rubber tips off the ear bud for them to fit in my ears and it’s so hard getting the earbuds in and out of the container.

Great set of earbuds!
Nice sound quality, but clumsy to get out of charging station with larger fingers. Happy with the purchase and quality for the price.

I've dropped the case with the pods in them multiple times in water.
I've forgotten I was wearing them in the shower and they got wet throughout multiple instances.
I've worn them while mini-karting and one accidentally fell out and someone ran over it and it was still functional.

Really good
Really good audio and the battery is phenomenal. I use this for everything. It also manages to survive the washer, falling in a cup of water, and the sink two times. The person that says “the battery is low” is incredibly loud though.

These fit nicely and comfortably in the ear. I wear them about an hour every morning at the gym. The sound quality is awesome as with all my JBL products. Thank you for your inquiry. Please check for walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices that may interfere with the Bluetooth signal. We also recommend unpairing your headphones from your device and then manually pairing them again. To do this, tap the earbuds once; on the second tap, hold for 5 seconds while Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Select the unit to pair. Try pairing your headphones to other devices to know if it is an issue with the source. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

The earbuds work, but app doesn’t
Fix the app vibe beam earbuds will not be recognized by the app! I tried every possible way to remedy this! Why have an app that can’t even recognize its own products! Major fail? I will not be buying your products again and not recommend your company!

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue, and do the following in order. First, go into the app and clear the Cache, then uninstall the app from your device. Next, forget or unpair the JBL Vibe Beam from the Bluetooth list on your device, then reboot the device/phone twice (this is an important step, as it ensures that the device has gone through an entire on/off cycle without ever seeing the app or Bluetooth pairing, so all remnants are removed from the phone). Third, reset the earbuds. After that, pair them to your device. Play some music to ensure a good Bluetooth connection. Lastly, download and install the app, open the app, and allow all permissions (the app will not function without permissions). When the app opens, it should find your speaker and function properly. Please know that we can not guarantee the use of our app when using Beta versions of Operating Systems. If the issue remains, please contact us.

JBL Truly Sound Nice
JBL Vibe Beam Purchased few weeks ago, Exellent it Sounds the Bass, Vocal, Jazz, Easly Connected Ambient alert & talk true features are helpfull. Even though I purchased Refurbished still like New Highly recommend headphones buds.

I hate this warranty replacement
got these as a replacement warranty. They have so many unnecessary features, like the audio switch with it really freaking annoying. the right side doesnt alway charge. they dont always find each other when they connect.
They took the tune235 platform which was incredible and completely trashed it.

Waste of money
I bought these less than a month ago. The sound quality is TERRIBLE and trying to adjust the EQ or use any of the preset EQs within the app didn't help improve my experience. I spent several hours trying to fine tune the EQ while listening to podcasts, music, videos. I could only find a barely decent setting. Not worth the money for the trouble. Highly recommends!
Best headphones I’ve came across. Broke my first pair after 2 and a half years. I pop them in at 7AM when i hit the road and I don’t take them off till about 5-6ish when I’m off. Only have to charge them once a day. I highly recommend. 10/10

Decent return
The silicone ear piece suck. They fall out of my ear. I was sent two small and one medium. If I stand up they fall out of my ear. Qualify is fine. Not great. I'm going to return since I can buy cheaper elsewhere. Overall not bad. I would recommend if I could use them as advertised.

Great buds, bad ears
This is a pretty good budget option. There cheaper than most other earbuds while still having great sound quality. The biggest complaint I have with then is that they won't fit in my ear no matter what u try. Foam tips, putting them in differently, I've tried them all.
