Worse Laptop ever
Experienced overheating issues out the box. Eventually resolved after factory reset and BIOS upgrade. Next experienced video audio issue that require warranty repair and lots of T/Sing including factory reset again. Upon receiving back from repair noticed WiFi adapter issue. Successful Gift for wife
Replacement gift for my wife whose older, refurbed laptop [not a Lenovo] was not cost effective to replace for battery and OS issues. Exactly what I wanted
Loving this so far. I bought this as a laptop for me to use at home. I'm hoping to write a book and will use this for that purpose. No downsides yet. :)

laptop worth every penny
i do have a beef with staples though. when i ordered the laptop i was under the impression it was at the store and could be picked up the next day. not the case, it was about 10 days later i received it. defeated the purpose of ordering through them for quick use in a hospital bed.

Small but mighty
The idea pad Flex 5i is great. The security feature of needing my fingerprint to access files has been fantastic for securing my work. It is built like a tank and can withstand being carried in a backpack with other items and come out unharmed. Its size makes it easy to grab or fit in a small workspace and carry anywhere I need.

Lenovo products from desk top to laptop
I have had a Lenovo cpu since 2017. First one has lasted 8 years and still works but has some issues. Just got my 2nd Lenovo this year. Love the fact that they fold into a tablet. Taught classes that used 60 Lenovo desk tops for over 5 years. They update, run well and can take a daily thrashing.

Great purchase
I purchased this laptop for my teenage son and he has not stopped using it since Christmas! It has a very nice processor, and great graphics. He loves the blue color. A definite great buy!

Surprising little machine
This laptop has been a breath of fresh air after using a dinosaur of a machine for far too long. The battery life has been better than I expected, and I keep finding new reasons to take advantage of the ability to hinge it into a tablet. The keyboard is comfortable and the two front speakers put out more sound than you'd think.
