laptop worth every penny
i do have a beef with staples though. when i ordered the laptop i was under the impression it was at the store and could be picked up the next day. not the case it was about 10 days later i received it. defeated the purpose of ordering through them for quick use in a hospital bed.

Staples keep canceling the order
I put the order the order thru Staples.com few times but keep getting cancel few hours later without any detail information. When I called the Customer Service they could not help either.

This is a great laptop/tablet. My first touchscreen!
I got this for reading the newspaper because my eye sight is challenged but I am using it for everything - spread sheets letters shopping… It’s a nice tool!

Great Laptop, Terrible Cooling System
Overall the laptop is really good. The CPU in particular is really good performance for the price. If only they implemented a cooling system that didn't cause it to overheat frequently I might actually be able to use it.
