Worst Slim 5i series Thinkpad
I bought Lenovo Ideapad slim 5i from Maldives before 2 weeks of use its hard drive began to go crazy and doesn't work at all sent to claim warranty very very disappointed of Lenovo this is my first purchase as well

Great Laptop
First time Lenovo buyer. I’m impressed! The screen quality is excellent and the speed of the processor is outstanding. Easy to use & lightweight. The support I received from the Concord CA store was super. Chris did a terrific job transferring files from old pc to this one. Darnell was helpful and guided me thru the process.

A true bargain ion a premium laptop
At the sale price this laptop is a no-brainer. Excellent display i7 processor decent amount of ram and a decent size SSD. The construction is absolutely top notch as well it's built like a tank but weighs about the same as my old 14" Yoga. Great Fast Laptop Excellent Price
I replaced my older 17" touchscreen Dell laptop with a Pentium Gold chip with this I7 wow what a difference. Boots up instantly and runs very well. Lots of RAM. I did have to buy an external Optical drive to load CD's but other than that I love it. and the Price was too good to pass up.

nice lightweight laptop
I had this Lenovo computer setup by the Staples tech crew. So far my only problem has been getting acquainted with Windows 11. Computer is lightweight and responds quickly. Touchpad works well but I prefer the added mouse.

Excellent Laptop
My laptop's hard drive died so I was in the market for a new laptop. After researching a number of brands I chose this Lenovo. The 16" monitor is just the right size for me; and the 'slim' makes it light weight. It was very easy to setup and is running very well. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Had a Lenovo that was great many years ago, so thought I'd return to the brand.Not as happy as I thought I would be. First of all I've never had a laptop that showed so many fingerprints. Also, having a backlit keyboard was important to me; however this one only lights up after you've pressed a key. And the keyboard is not as easy to type on. I miss the facial recog...

Great service
The staff took time to answer all my questions advise me on options sold me a great new machine and did all the data transfer from my old computer. The personal service will keep me going back to that Staples store.

I love my laptop
my old tobisha was old and slow I did the research on Lenovo and spoke to a friend who is an IT tech he recommend this one and it is easy to navigate has the new upgrades that my old one didn't.. very happy with Lenovo ..

Just what I needed
I needed a new laptop and had good experience with Lenovo in the past. This laptop is perfect for my home use. It was reasonably priced sturdy and has great speed. It also was delivered quickly to my home. Definitely would recommend.
