Very helpful
My daughter and son-in-law from California went to the Klamath Falls Staples to look at computers to get for me. They said Billy was the most helpful and nicest salesperson they have ever encountered. Prior to getting the new computer Josh helped me with my old computer. Then the transition of data from the old to the new computer. Both Josh and Billy are exceptional.

The front edges where your wrists sit when typing are SHARP. Never had that problem on any other laptops in my life. Did they not finish the product before sending it out?!?! This is new yet it won't hold a 100% constant connection to my blutooth speaker like my older laptop did. The speaker that are built into this are subpar. Have to turn it up to 80% at least t...

Very helpful
