Staples was easy to work with on this, I purchased Asus and it was defected. The port for the earbuds did not work as the volume did not work either. There was no issues with a return and providing me with a new computer. I was glad the return policy within the time frame was easily handled by the Store Manager

This Asus Laptop has it all for any kind of computing. And now on sale has the best price across the board. And it so much better then buying online not knowing where they are coming from. Staples has been a staple in our city(no pun intended)

Great purchase
This laptop is incredible. Solid feeling light weight and fast. Press power button and it is just on. Would have preferred an AMD processor but couldn't sacrifice the ports availble on this ASUS. Very bright large display. Added bonus was the sale I got it on during blackfriday 2025. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone in the market for a laptop to buy this one.
