Arrived with "Best By" date in the past.
When I opened package all 4 boxes had "Best By" date in the past. The first cup I brewed was tasteless—nothing like real Peet’s coffee. I contacted Staples and they replaced it with coffee whose “Best By” date was a year away. That one tasted really good.

For those that enjoy a coffee that bites back
For those that enjoy a coffee that bites back... in a nice way this is a coffee you'll enjoy. Flavor that is bold but not to the point of mortal wounding just a great fun jolt. It is exactly what I was looking for. Peet's doesn't disappoint no matter which of their coffees you try.

Pete's Coffee Pods
I have been purchasing Pete's pods for several years as I feel they are the best you can buy. The pods I recdently purchased from Staples were such a great deal and were by far the freshest I have had in years.

Good Morning!
Confession: I ordered the Peet’s French Roast by mistake but am I glad I did. This is a strong dark roast coffee with a hint of smoke—not sweet. It’s the perfect way to kick start my day.

Great customer service
I ordered 4 boxes of cups. Upon receipt of the order I only got 3 boxes. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I was given a generous cash rebate to cover the shortage. Great job and efficient too. No questions asked. I will definitely buy here again.
