Cannot connect to 5 GHZ router (Bell Fibe)
Well, after all the setup/installs (over an hour), I still can't use it because it won't connect to a 5 GHz Wi Fi ! The Bell Fibe router doesn't give me an separate password to connect at a lower rate. The documentation included with the printer is quite clear that this printer can't use 5 GHz. But I can't find any Epson documentation that tells me what kind of cab...

Extremely complex to use for no reason. There’s always an issue with something: missing colors, software that needs updating every freaking day and still doesn’t work properly.
Printing isn’t as costly as with other printers, and that’s the only positive, but I’m constantly fighting just to get my work printed.
I wish I could give a good review, but I can’t :(

BEST PRINTER SWITCH

Easy set up
I got this printer for Christmas. I do a lot of crafting and needed a reliable printer. Although in the reviews some people had trouble with the set up, I found the set up process easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend this oriented for any crafter and anyone needing a good printer.

Very frustrating… Laptop Install is not obvious on laptop, still not reachable… I am stumped, and not able to print to it… I don’t want wireless install, I want regular setup !!!

WIFI connection issues
It has to be hooked up to 2.4ghz and will not connect to 5ghz WIFI. This caused troubles and extended set up time. It also did not print from my android phone very well. It printed part of a document and then stopped. Print quality when printing from my computer was good. I would not recommend this product because of the WIFI issue.

Gets the job done
It works great, I purchased two for my new business. One for Sublimation and one for promotional printing and they work great. Small glitches with software but I have found a work around.

Excellent printer
I have always had good luck with Epson printers. I like the ink tanks so I'm not spending a fortune on cartridges. My only complaint is it doesn't do duplex printing.

The ink jets will lock up in 2 years or less.
Sorry Epson, this is a fail.
I barely used this thing, maybe 2-3 prints over a couple of years, the ink heads have solidified. I bought a cleaning kit to run through the heads, blank pages are all I get. Does it say in the paperwork to run a print check page every week?

we are on the second one now, TWO that have ZERO connectivity to either the Chromebook or MacBook pro. There is very little communication with the app, as I have tried many avenues to remedy the headache, which is The Epson EcoTank 2400.
