Sorry Epson, this is a fail.
I barely used this thing, maybe 2-3 prints over a couple of years, the ink heads have solidified. I bought a cleaning kit to run through the heads, blank pages are all I get. Does it say in the paperwork to run a print check page every week?

Excellent printer
I have always had good luck with Epson printers. I like the ink tanks so I'm not spending a fortune on cartridges. My only complaint is it doesn't do duplex printing.

Run away.
we are on the second one now, TWO that have ZERO connectivity to either the Chromebook or MacBook pro. There is very little communication with the app, as I have tried many avenues to remedy the headache, which is The Epson EcoTank 2400. Awful
Stopped working shortly after purchasing. Some issue with a firmware update. It won't power on. It won't connect to the wifi. It won't work via USB.

Good basic tank printer. does the job and no overpriced cartridges to deal with. If it lasts as long as my previous Epson that will be another plus.

good while it lasted
Good ink value. i cant tell you how many pages i got to print with just the first bottles. however now the printer wont connect to my new network nor my new computer so ive been unable to use it for over a year. Ive tried everything to get it to work searched google and youtube to get no helpful answers

I haven't used the printer enough to comment on how good it functions. I will only comment on how difficult it was to set up software program. I'm a old octogenarian not super computer talented, but I think it would be difficult for many folks. I replaced a XP-620 that was much easier to set up. Now I hope it prints / copies as good as my XP-620 .

Not compatible with Windows 11 ARM
Do not buy! It worked fine with older Windows versions but this printer is not compatible with my new Windows 11 ARM. Epson is 2 months late is providing drivers compatible with this processor and has no idea when they will be available. For now I have a very expensive paper weight and will need to go buy another printer (not Epson).

Lousy set up
This was not an easy setup. We have superfast WIFI, and it would not connect with WPS button.
So we had to hard-wire, then I could not print from my phone. Also, it stinks that the printer doesn't have a display. I just hope it lasts more than a year. Also, the registration would not expect a password.

Great feature
I never had any issues with my printer , I printed over 100 photos , and 8000 black and white documents , never had any issues, except I can’t print from my PC , I only print from my phone ( app)

Don't waste your money
I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero.
I got one paper jam and that was the end of it. Gently got the sheet out in one piece and it never worked again. Paper jam light stayed on and never went away. Poor quality printing even when it worked.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this one. If these printers are this fragile maybe they should be sold ...

T 2400 wireless Epson printer
I have spent hours trying to get it connected with my MacBook, including long conversations with Epson support people. I am now at a point where sometimes it will print a document after several tries. It has been very time consuming, frustrating and disappointing. I would probably give it more stars if I could get it to print wirelessly.
