Get out of the Ice ages Epson.
This company is living in the ice ages. Set up was an absolute nightmare. It took me hours. They’re still using drivers that you have to download and open up. Expensive brick
Bought it Jan 2025. Used it a handful of times (82 pages total). Now, a couple months after the warranty expired, I'm getting error messages. Spoke to support, they can't fix it and since it's out of warranty, I'm out of luck. They gave me referral link to authorized repair shops in the area, but don't cover the cost of repair, or shipping to send it to get repaired. Wh...

Great printer for pictures, documents, and long life ink!
So, to get away from ink cartridges and the trap they put you in (I won't mention names but you know who you are). We invested in this printer, setup, wow that was a lengthy process but pretty straight forward given the clear and concise directions. Installing this was so easy, it works over WiFi with no issue. The printing quality is great for a home printer. Would definitely recommend it.

TERRIBLE PRINTER - DO NOT BUY EPSON
We are a small business that rarely prints. Printer is always clogged and needs trouble shooting, and/or cleaning. The printer itself no longer prints color. I've done all the necessary steps to unclog and clean the printer. Not worth the money or the time. Super disappointed i switch from HP.

Cannot connect to 5 GHZ router (Bell Fibe)
Well, after all the setup/installs (over an hour), I still can't use it because it won't connect to a 5 GHz Wi Fi ! The Bell Fibe router doesn't give me an separate password to connect at a lower rate. The documentation included with the printer is quite clear that this printer can't use 5 GHz. But I can't find any Epson documentation that tells me what kind of cab...

Extremely complex to use for no reason. There’s always an issue with something: missing colors, software that needs updating every freaking day and still doesn’t work properly.
Printing isn’t as costly as with other printers, and that’s the only positive, but I’m constantly fighting just to get my work printed.
I wish I could give a good review, but I can’t :(

Easy set up
I got this printer for Christmas. I do a lot of crafting and needed a reliable printer. Although in the reviews some people had trouble with the set up, I found the set up process easy to follow and understand. I highly recommend this oriented for any crafter and anyone needing a good printer.

WIFI connection issues
It has to be hooked up to 2.4ghz and will not connect to 5ghz WIFI. This caused troubles and extended set up time. It also did not print from my android phone very well. It printed part of a document and then stopped. Print quality when printing from my computer was good. I would not recommend this product because of the WIFI issue.
