Best Printer I have ever owned!!
WOW I have never owned a printer with this kind of power before!! And I swear it has endless capabilities, you could entertain yourself for hours just trying all of the features! It definitely is way out of my price range, I would not have been able to afford this or try it's capabilities without the help of The Insiders, so thank you SOOO much, Insider Team!!

Returned Nonfunctional Printer
Printer arrived quickly. Setup was without issue. Windows printer test fine however printer would not print double sided nor scan double sided. Back side on each process was black page. HP tech support was very hard to get hold of and not that helpful. HP did authorize return of product but the whole process has made me a bit gunshy of purchasing a remanfactured product...

The Best printer with no issues.
This printer works extremely well and does what its supposed to do. I enjoy the wifi connection and can print from anywhere, whether in my business or outside with a connection. The print is clean and great colours when required. I'm very happy with this unit and it deserves the 5 stars.

No duplex printing.
I assumed that the HP 4201dn would do duplex printing out of the box. Silly me! It turns out that you have to buy a special attachment for $100+. I've used HP printers for 40+ years--never got taken for a ride like this!

Overall I like this printer HOWEVER there is one issue I cannot resolve
One problem. The printer driver came automatically set to duplex printing. I cannot find a way to turn this off. I usually do NOT want to print duplex, I want to print a single page at a time. Periodically non-responsive
I mean, it's a printer. When it works, it's a good one. A few times a week, it'll go non-responsive, wherein we can't print to it from any of our computers. The printer could be better, I was really disappointed that it did not have Wi-Fi. Printing setup was okay but could be better. Print quality is fine and looks great on the paper.

Great for WFH

Excellent family and WFH printer
This printer replaced a 15+ year old printer that we thought worked great. There is a day and night difference using this new HP printer. It is so fast and the quality is amazing. We use it for both home and work. Our kids have loved printing things in color - it is a plus that the documents come out so quickly so our little kids don’t have to wait.

Works Every Time
We go long periods without printing in our house. Because of that, we often need to reboot printers that won't wake up. This printer doesn't have that problem! When we click the 'print' button, it always wakes up and prints. The quality and speed are excellent.

Worthy addition to my printer network
What a great printer: blazingly fast, great print quality, and is working perfectly for all devices on my network. It’ll be interesting to see how long the toner in the supplied cartridges lasts. A complete set of new ones will cost more than the original cost of the printer, but that’s always going to be the case, regardless of manufacturer.

Very nice commercial grade printer.
This printer has a very quick "first page out" and also includes many upper level features. HP is the place to purchase these printers from as they provide 2nd to none in their quick shipping and follow-up service! We have run HP printers for yours and just recently purchase another 3 new models.
