Worst Printer I have ever bought…
Not sure if I got a lemon, but the print quality is inconsistent and just bad…. It jams every few pages…. I have bought a lot of printers in my life… this is The worst printer I have ever purchased.

Good looking , fast, and easy to use.
Good looking, fast, easy to use. The document scanner is awesome, it scans both sides of the page in one quick pass. The front paper tray is handy when you have a short run of a different paper. The setup is easy as all HP printers, just plug in and go.

Worst All in One Ever
This has to be the worst product I have ever bought. Don't waste your money like we did on THREE machines! It will print fine one minute then not the next, turning on and off may or may not work one day then probably not the next either. It hates printing labels and envelopes. No problems loading on Windows 10 computers but BIG problems loading on Window 11.Known driver issues.
I didn't realize how EXPENSIVE the toner is, would have bought something else if I checked that first.

Once it is finally set up....
The printer itself is fantastic - the speed and quality of prints and copies is great. The interface set up was a bear and I had to hire someone to set up a Windows bypass patch for scanning. The printer cartridges are super expensive. A full set of toner cartridges is over $800 and they don’t last as long as they say they will.

Works great! Easy to set up prints fast and has lots of different things you can do with it.
The printer arrived quickly and in very good shape. The ink cartriges are included of course, making the first printing easy.

Very good MF color laser!
Once we got the printer set up, it works great. The only possible downfalls is the size of the paper drawer and the very small size of the input screen which we will adjust to. We are very pleased.
