Poor drivers
The scanner driver continues to fail, having issues getting it to print in color and entire printer occasionally loses connection. I have a new Windows computer so that’s not the issue.

Hard to set up printer.
Staples was great, the printer is hard to set up. No longer easy plug and play. The set-up asks for password and PIN, when there is no password set up previously. Turns out setup is asking for a code on the inside of the toner panel. Does not work with the USB cable. As soon as the internet is turned back on, the printer automatically switches to wireless. Good printer for small office
Great printer & scanner fit a small office . Only annoying thing is that it is not always online & had to be ‘woken up ‘ if it hasn’t been used for a while . Very annoying if trying to print from another office. Of course this could be an operator issue. Just haven’t had time to explore since it arrived. Great Multifunction Color Laser
Added this printer to my wired network to replace my 12 yo HP inkjet multifunction printer. Setup was easy. All Mac desktops, iPads and iPhones can access scanner, and printer functions. It is heavy but still maneuverable. I'm currently using both laser and inkjet on my network until inkjet cartridges are empty.

Printer is trash! Continuous printing does not stop. Prints all kinds of numbers. Seriously trash. Tried reinstalling drivers with IT department. JUNK.

Great speed of printer/copier/scanner
I finally traded out my 16-year old HP printer (that was still working) for a newer model. I’m so glad I did. It is so much faster with great quality.

Strong Printer - High Toner Cost $$$
So I love this printer, it has a great degree of quality and DPI for the printing, but my biggest issue is with the cost of the toner from HP. It's very expensive.

Absolutely horrible printer! I had a HP for 10 years...but the transfer belt needed to be replaced. The HP was a tank. The new one was cheaply made and had a "dial" to navigate the menu...like AOL dial-up in the 90's...unbelievable! It was originally a $699 printer but a coupon reduced it down to $500.
