Best Printer I have ever owned!!
WOW I have never owned a printer with this kind of power before!! And I swear it has endless capabilities, you could entertain yourself for hours just trying all of the features! It definitely is way out of my price range, I would not have been able to afford this or try it's capabilities without the help of The Insiders, so thank you SOOO much, Insider Team!!

Returned Nonfunctional Printer
Printer arrived quickly. Setup was without issue. Windows printer test fine however printer would not print double sided nor scan double sided. Back side on each process was black page. HP tech support was very hard to get hold of and not that helpful. HP did authorize return of product but the whole process has made me a bit gunshy of purchasing a remanfactured product...

I print a lot of documents. The prints are crisp and clear. The machine is fast. Set-up was super easy. Getting out of the box was more difficult. I love the two-tray system for printing envelopes. It has been a month, and no issues so far.

Best printer ever.
I've had a lot of small office printers and this one is by far the best ever. Simple set up, reliable wifi, intuitive controls. Printing is beautiful and very very fast. Cannot recommend this enough. Also, super happy with the refurb. Perfect condition.

Decent printer
Pages print out of order. Disappointed that there are no new drivers for windows 11. Would’ve bought something else had I known there wouldn’t be continued support.

Great printer, highly recommend!
Very pleased with print quality, both in colour and black/white. Super easy to set up. Have used many different printer brands and HP is one of the best. Highly recommend!

Excellent quality
I have owned this a week, so far, it's a wonderful printer. I've been using heavily, scanning as well. It's a HEAVY machine, which I appreciate because it feels sturdier than what is out there.

MFP 4301fdw return
It was good when it worked. It kept going off line and saying it was out of paper when it had a full tray. I returned it with in the 30 day return date.

I bought 2 of these. I had to return both of them. One was full of error codes. The other would just freeze up and stop. People at the store were wonderful taking them back.

Worth the extra few bucks
Purchased to replace a competitor unit that wasn’t delivering anymore. So far, I have printed a thousand ish pages. Pros: No jam, outstanding printing quality, little to no wait to start the first page. We are happy that we got the extra tray. Cons: it needs some extra time to get a grip on the scanning capabilities from a Mac. It works, but not seamlessly just yet. We ...

Refurbished Laserjet set up
I like the printer, however the set up instructions on line were very difficult to follow. I finally had to get local support to finish setting up the scan function which originally ddid not work correctly.
